RanchersTitle protects the personal information our customers and website visitors share with us. This notice explains what we collect, how we use and share it, and how to reach us with questions.
Information we collect
- From our website form: your name, email address, phone number, property type, property location, estimated property value, and any message you choose to send.
- During a transaction: information you, your lender, your real estate agent or other parties provide so we can examine title, issue title insurance and close your transaction, which may include nonpublic personal information such as account numbers.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, open and work your title file, issue title insurance, conduct your closing, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
How we share it
We share personal information only as needed to provide our services or as the law requires, including with:
- Parties to your transaction, such as your lender, real estate agents, and other settlement service providers;
- Our title insurance underwriter;
- Service providers that support our work, including the platform that delivers our website form (Formspree) and our closing platform (Qualia), under obligations to protect the information; and
- Government agencies, regulators, or courts when required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
How we protect it
We maintain a written information security program designed to protect nonpublic personal information, aligned with the American Land Title Association’s Best Practices. Access is limited to people who need it to serve you.
